The development of SAIC continued through training and raising the efficiency of its senior, junior and technical staff and obtaining modern equipment and tools so that SAIC became able to upgrade the level of the awarded turf pitches to the highest international quality levels required.

SAIC constructed some of the main stadium’s turf fields for the FIFA World Cup 2022 and was assigned the maintenance of the main stadium’s main turf fields and training fields for five stadiums namely Education City Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, Al Rayyan Stadium, Al Thumama Stadium, and Al Janoub Stadium. These stadiums will host the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. SAIC has also reconstructed 25 training pitches, all of them will be used during the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. All these were done under the supervision of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and Aspire. Several international tournaments were held under the supervision of FIFA on these SAIC-maintained stadium turf fields. This process has provided SAIC working staff with a global experience in the field of football turf fields maintenance and the last event was the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021.
