Al-Sulaiteen Agricultural and Industrial Complex (SAIC)
SAIC has started since 2006 in the construction and maintenance of football pitches when it was awarded by Aspire the maintenance of the football turf fields in the Sports City as well as the Aspire Park and then it was awarded the maintenance and upgrading the second-grade club’s football turf fields and then the first-grade club’s football turf fields in 2016.
SAIC constructed some of the main stadiums turf fields for the FIFA World Cup 2022 and was assigned the maintenance of the main stadiums main turf fields and training fields for five stadiums namely Education City Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, Al Rayyan Stadium, Al Thumama Stadium and Al Janoub Stadium. These stadiums will host the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. SAIC has also reconstructed 25 training pitches, all of them will be used during the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. All these were done under the supervision of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy and Aspire. Several international tournaments were held under the supervision of FIFA on these SAIC- maintained stadium turf fields.

Al-Sulaiteen Agricultural and Industrial Complex, known for short as SAIC, was established in 1990, and within a few years, it became one of the largest agricultural projects in the State of Qatar. It is designed in line with modern and sophisticated scientific methods. It includes all agricultural activities and irrigation systems that use the latest technologies to rationalize and achieve the optimal use of water as well as in the production of vegetables and flowers and the development of animal husbandry systems in line with the local environment of the State of Qatar. The project is also unique in Qatar and is located in Umm Salal Ali on a farm registered under No. (301) in the name of Mr. Abdullah Salem Al Sulaiteen.

Al Sulaiteen Center for Agricultural Research, Studies and Training
Al-Sulaiteen Group established in 2011 the Al-Sulaiteen Center for Agricultural Research, Studies and Training as a specialized center that carries out the tasks of development and studies. It provides advanced practical training not only to serve Qatar, but to all countries in the region. The center is interested in conducting several studies related to the development of modern agricultural production systems and economic feasibility studies for agricultural projects to contribute to all areas of agricultural development in line with the agricultural production environment in the region in an effort to provide food security, given the deteriorating rates of agricultural production globally.
