SAIC also has a huge well-lighted and ventilated warehouse well within the company farm. This is where SAIC stores most of the materials (chemicals, fertilizers and equipments) and a cold storage facility. SAIC warehouses have certificates from both Civil Defense and the Ministry of Environment SAIC warehouses are kept locked at all times ensuring the security of all materials. Only the warehouse man can access the warehouses for routine checks and inventories. All materials requested are encoded in a computer with corresponding details. Safety measures like conveniently located fire extinguishers and first aid kits are provisions for the warehouses.
