Scope of Work :

A. Outdoor Plants:

• To carry out daily irrigation
• Urea Fertilizer Application.
• (Slow Release) Fertilizer Application.
• Mowing
• Grass Edging
• Removal and disposal of cuts and clippings.
• Weeds removal and cleaning.
• Removal of rubbish.
• Soil testing.
• Trimming
• Aeration and scarification.
• Turf colorant (dye) application.
• Over seeding.
• Adjusting of the sprinklers and valve boxes.
• Trimming and pruning.
• Removal of dead leaves.
• Maintenance of palm trees.
• Pollination and cultivation of Date Palm trees.
• Replacement of seasonal flowers.
• Chemical treatments.
• Replacement of dead plants and trees.
• Maintaining and repairing the existing irrigation system starting from the pump outlet.
• Provide samples for all materials.
• Provide skilled agricultural workers.
• Provide monthly report.
• Provide uniform for workers and supervisors.
• Provide supervision staff.
• Paint in white all tree trunks and stems.
• Regular visits to be conducted with QOC engineer.
• Provide heat-treated compost.
• Repair and replacement of damaged grass area.
• Plastic edging (additional) as requested.

B. Indoor Plants:

• Removal of dead leaves.
• Watering.
• Cleaning the leaves of the plant.
• Chemical treatments
• Fertilization.
• Changing the place of the plant from the dark area when needed.
• Replacement of the dead plants during the contract period.
• Re-potting the big plants when needed.

C. New Planting Works:

• Ornamental Trees
• Palm Trees
• Lawns
• Ground covers, Shrubs & Seasonal flowers

D. Supply of New Indoor Plants:

• Training for QOC Staff
